Countryside is committed to building strong, highly collaborative grade level teams focused on student learning and driven by continuous analysis of student work to better inform instruction. Our PLC initiative has enabled teachers to have one-hour of common planning time each week within the regular school day. This restructured schedule is allowing teachers to create many more opportunities to differentiate instruction and better meet each student’s unique needs.
